The InCredibles mentoring package offers several dozens of hours of individual and group tailor-made consultations provided by recognized mentors, investors, advisors, and experts in comprehensive value creation, business modeling, scaling, and financing.
Sebastian Kulczyk’s InCredibles is the most comprehensive and long-term competency-building and promotion program, which has been bringing together, training, and integrating the best Polish startups since 2017. It is based on a proprietary formula of tailor-made workshops and individual consultations with mentors, potential clients, investors, and recognized business practitioners. The program is free of charge, and only winners of leading competitions that identify outstanding young Polish entrepreneurs are invited to participate. As a part of its activities, InCredibles co-develops specialized reports, debates, publications, and sponsors educational events. It also initiated Poland’s first MBA program for startups (in collaboration with the Warsaw School of Economics) and the “Firmament” radio show on Radio 357.
The InCredibles finalists are young, ambitious entrepreneurs who want to build companies with a mission and a real impact on the world around us. These are people who, as Sebastian Kulczyk puts it, ” care about who they work with, how, or why they do business.” They join the program by invitation only, having been selected as the best in their field through industry competitions, and they form together a community of exceptional, conscious, global leaders.
InCredibles’ partners and mentors create an ecosystem which supports the development of entrepreneurs at every stage. They include leading universities, companies, and institutions, industry competition organizers, investment funds, and dozens of experts. There are Good Spirits and Guiding Spirits among them, practitioners who share their experience, open doors, and truly support development of the finalists.
Young InCredibles is an initiative that awards the most innovative youth business projects. Winners are selected through prestigious acceleration programs which support young talents in developing ideas and acquiring key competencies. Teams receive a special InCredibles support package, including investor consultations, coaching and participation in workshops and partner events.
