Initiative 100th Anniversary
of the Poznań University

The cooperation with PUEB is long-term and synergistic – its foundation is the exchange of know-how, experience, and competencies that truly support the development of young leaders and entrepreneurs.

Kulczyk Investments experts actively participate in the university’s teaching activities, conducting lectures and meetings as a part of key PUEB educational projects, such as the School for Leaders [Szkoła Liderek i Liderów], Leaders for Students [Liderzy dla Studentów], Open Lectures, and the Executives in Residence program. Students gain direct access to practitioners – founders, investors, and managers – who share their experience in such areas as strategy, financing, management, sales, marketing, communications, and HR.

Another important element of the partnership is the involvement of the Poznań University of Economics and Business as a partner in Sebastian Kulczyk’s InCredibles mentoring program, an initiative which provides substantive support to young Polish entrepreneurs and their innovative business projects. Representatives of the PUEB academic community, alongside experienced business practitioners, serve as mentors, strengthening this way the interdisciplinary nature of the program.

At this stage of the program, one of the mentors is the Chair of the PUEB University Council, Paulina Sypniewska, PhD. The team will be expanded to include selected academics from our university.

The concluded cooperation agreement strengthens PUEB’s position in the business ecosystem and supports the implementation of the fourth-generation university paradigm – actively co-creating the socio-economic environment. This is a model partnership, where the transfer of knowledge and experience translates into the development of entrepreneurship, future competencies, and the building of a strong, innovative economy based on human capital.
