Masters & Robots is an ecosystem of events dedicated to the relationship between humans and technology and the challenges arising from the pace and scale of the contemporary technological change.
Its flagship event is the Masters & Robots conference, held continuously since 2017. It provides a space for in-depth reflection on the impact of artificial intelligence, automation, and digital systems on the way we work, lead, make decisions, and function in organizations and societies. For years, the Masters & Robots stage has welcomed renowned experts, opinion leaders, and practitioners from around the world, representing diverse fields, cultures, and perspectives. The conference combines strategic, technological, and humanistic perspectives, posing questions not only about what is possible, but also about what is responsible and meaningful from a long-term perspective. The Masters & Robots ecosystem also includes the Masters & Robots Awards – a nationwide competition recognizing organizations, leaders, and initiatives that actually implement digital transformation, technological innovation, and a responsible approach to development, as well as Masters & Robots Youth – the largest educational event in Poland dedicated to the competencies of the future, addressed to the young generation.
Since 2017, Masters & Robots has consistently built its identity as an intellectual, challenging, and inspiring event – one that not only provides knowledge but, above all, organizes thinking about the future and sets directions for further debate.
Masters & Robots is organized by Digital University, a Polish educational organization with a long history of developing future-ready competencies, digital transformation, and educating leaders and teams in the area of modern technologies. Masters & Robots is a natural extension of this mission – a place where academic knowledge meets practice, and global ideas are embedded in a local and European context.
