FAQ

Key information
about our programs and initiatives.

The InCredibles program is a free of charge, multi-month mentoring program for founders and teams developing startups with real growth potential. It focuses on practical work on key business challenges: strategy, sales, business model, and scaling. The program is based on individual mentoring and tailored workshops.

At InCredibles, they are defined as founders who consciously leverage technology and business to solve actual social, environmental, or civilizational problems, while simultaneously building a company capable of scaling and long-term growth. This definition is not declarative; it has been proven through the selection of companies for the program.

Startups are selected for the program through a selection process performed in collaboration with leading startup competitions and reviews in Poland. InCredibles welcomes selected finalists and winners of competitions such as the Infoshare Startup Contest, Puls Up Carpathian Startup Fest, EEC Startup Challenge, Rookie of the Year – My Company Polska, Orzeł Innowacji Rzeczpospolitej (Eagle of Innovation in Poland), Startuj z Mazowsza (Start off from Mazovia), Kopalnia Startupów (Startup Mine), Wolves Summit, Startups Powered by Invest in Lodz, HejStartUP, and Zagraj o Mentoring (Win Mentoring) – inQUBE. The final selection takes into account the company's potential, the quality of the team, and the realistic nature of the challenges.

Yes, it is. You can participate in the InCredibles program for free. Startups do not pay for mentoring, workshops, or participation in program events, including the InCredible Summit. The program does not involve any company shares and does not involve any capital commitments on the part of participants.

The program doesn't impose any industry restrictions. The key factors include the potential of the founding team, business maturity, and scalability of the solution. In practice, the program welcomes companies from various sectors, often technology-based, but these companies share a common market problem, aspirations for growth, and a willingness to engage in intensive mentoring.

Mentoring najczęściej obejmuje strategię i model biznesowy, product–market fit, sprzedaż i marketing (szczególnie B2B), gotowość inwestycyjną oraz relacje z inwestorami. Równolegle poruszane są tematy przywództwa, zespołu, kultury organizacyjnej, komunikacji, PR, ochrony własności intelektualnej, ekspansji międzynarodowej i zgodności z regulacjami AI.

Several hours a week on average. The commitment includes participation in workshops, mentoring sessions, and hands-on work on implementing the findings. The program is flexible and tailored to the founders' operational realities, and the intensity depends on the company's stage of development and current challenges.

They are practical, working sessions designed to meet specific needs of companies rather than a pre-defined training program. Founders work with their own data, products, and decisions, comparing them with the experience of mentors and market realities. The goal of the workshops is to generate concrete conclusions and implementable actions.

It does. Business model review is a key element of the program. Startups analyze their assumptions, revenue structure, target market, and scalability based on data, mentor feedback, and market experience, which often results in adjustments of their strategy or offer.

It is. You can enter the program with one clearly defined challenge and focus your mentoring efforts on it. Mentors and workshops are selected to meet the specific needs of the company, with the goal being to lead to decisions and real implementations rather than general recommendations.

Mentors are experienced founders, investors, and business practitioners from areas such as sales, finance, HR, law, and communications. The selection of mentors is neither random nor fixed; it depends on the specific challenges faced by a given company. Each company collaborates with several mentors, and they may change as the company grows and new challenges occur.

The InCredibles community comprises nearly 100 companies from editions held since 2017. It is an active network of founders, mentors, and partners. Participants benefit from recommendations, experience sharing, project collaboration, and access to contacts with investors, clients, and experts.

Yes, it does. The program supports preparation for international expansion, developing a strategy for entering foreign markets, and building a network of contacts outside of Poland. Startups benefit from the experience of global mentors and support in negotiating with foreign partners and investors.

The InCredible Summit is the program's final event, summarizing the mentoring work of each edition. Companies from the current and previous editions, investors, VC funds, and partners participate in it. Startups discuss their progress, participate in pitches, and receive rewards in the form of collaboration with VCs.

Support is ongoing. Startups remain in touch with the program team and mentors, receive introductions and recommendations, and are also invited to participate free of charge in conferences, debates, and partner initiatives, which increases their market visibility and networking.

Participation in the program brings about tangible business results: product refinement and improved product-to-market fit, streamlined sales processes (often B2B), greater investment readiness, and more effective negotiations with funding sources. Startups establish real partnerships, acquire customers, and increase market visibility thanks to PR and ePR support.

Yes, it does. The program supports startups in preparing an investor deck and a coherent narrative for discussions with funds. This work includes clarifying the business model, investment arguments, presentation structure, and how to present the company in the context of investor expectations.

InCredibles enables direct contact with investors through mentoring, introductions, pitch sessions, and program events, including the InCredible Summit. Founders engage with funds in a collaborative, substantive context, fostering quality relationships and further investment discussions.

Yes, it does. The program can support reaching specific companies through contacts, recommendations, and introductions. However, the scale of support depends on the founders' activity, the quality of preparation, and the realistic expectations at a given stage of the company's development. InCredibles provides support if there is a clear value proposition.

Young InCredibles is an educational initiative for young talent and early-stage projects. It includes expert group workshops, access to the InCredibles community, free participation in selected conferences and webinars hosted by program partners, and participation in the InCredible Summit at the end of each edition.
