Sebastian Kulczyk’s InCredibles is the most extensive and long-term skill development and promotion program. It has been bringing Polish startups together, providing training for them, and integrating them since 2017. The program is based on Sebastian’s own formula for “tailored” workshops and one-on-one consultations with mentors, potential clients, investors, and renowned business practitioners. The program is free, and only the winners of top competitions to find exceptional young Polish entrepreneurs are invited to participate. There are now more than 60 companies in the prestigious InCredibles community.

The InCredibles mentoring package provides dozens of hours of one-on-one and group “tailored” consultations conducted by recognized founders, investors, and consultants and specialists on management, sales and marketing, strategy, communication, financing, and HR.
Only finalists in prestigious competitions organized by the following are invited to participate in the program: Rzeczpospolita (Eagle of Innovation), My Company Polska (25 top Polish startups), European Tech and Start-up Days and European Economic Congress, Katowice (Start-up Challenge), University Entrepreneurship Incubator, part of the Wrocław University of Economics and Business (InQube), Eastern Business Accelerator (MeetUp Day), Łódź Entrepreneurship Incubator (I have an idea for a startup), Gdańsk Entrepreneurship Incubator (Starter), Rzeszów Regional Development Agency (Carpathian Startup Fest) and Econverse (Young InCredibles category).
