Jas is the founder and CEO of Eve Sleep Ltd, prior to which he was country head of Zalando UK and a member of the Senior Management Team at CityDeal/Groupon UK. Aleksandra Laska has been leading the corporate team at a London based technology start up, Improbable, since September 2014. Improbable raised $500m from Softbank in May 2017. Prior to joining the tech company, Aleksandra was an early stage investor at a London based VC fund, mostly looking and B2C pre-revenue start ups. Previously she was the founder and CEO of a fintech company. She spent her first five years after her law degree at Goldman Sachs as a sales-trader on the equities trading floor. Aleksandra is an advisor on several charity boards.
